General Terms and Conditions of Olympica Sport AG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a71 SUBSCRIPTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monthly and annual season tickets and multiple tickets are personal and non-transferable. They must always be presented at the reception desk for registration. They are only valid for the sports listed under \"Division\". A TIME-STOP can be granted in the event of accidents, prolonged illness or absence from work (at least 4 weeks) (medical certificate or confirmation from the employer). This list is exhaustive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a72 SPORTS SHOES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In all OCA facilities, only clean, non-staining sports shoes may be worn for playing or training. (no street shoes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a73 CANCELLATION OF RESERVED HOURS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-reserved hours can be canceled until 11 p.m. the evening before. Lessons canceled later must be charged if they can no longer be sold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a74 WARDROBE LOCKERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lockable wardrobes or lockers can be hired from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a75 REMOTELY SUPERVISED TIMES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fitness area is open remotely from 5.00-8.00 am and from 10.00-23.00 pm for all Olympica Fitness subscription holders! There are emergency buttons in the gym and in the changing rooms to trigger an alarm and an emergency telephone to alert the emergency services etc.! When taking out a new subscription, our customers are instructed about our remote fitness times and informed about the system!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a76 COURT RENTAL REGULATION: BADMINTON\/TABLE TENNIS\/TENNIS\/BEACH VOLLEYBALL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each player pays his share of the court rental by subscription, cash, credit card, voucher, etc. If 2, 3 or 4 players play on one court, the court rent is either halved, tripled or quartered. Annual subscription holders have paid for their share of the space. Every non-subscription holder pays either half, a third or a quarter of the seat rent. 10 & 20 tickets for badminton\/table tennis\/tennis\/beach volleyball are valid for each SPORT and are only valid in the rented areas. 10 & 20 tickets for weekly courses\/climbing\/fitness are valid per person and can be used for all sports offered by the OCA itself (excluding bowling). No refund for tennis\/table tennis\/badminton\/beach volleyball<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One entry fee must be charged per sport and\/or person. Please note the expiry date of your travelcards, combined or multiple cards. Multiple cards whose expiry date has not expired for more than 3 months can only be credited when a NEW card is purchased. Longer expired tickets expire without entitlement. Multiple tickets & combined travelcards are personal and non-transferable. The only exceptions are Multiple tickets issued to families (married spouses living in the same household), e.g. Heinzen Peter and Rosi, also possible for 2 children of the same family. For the child and parent combination, the adult is the basis for the subscription price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a77 WEEKLY COURSES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All sports courses listed in the seasonal offer are included according to the weekly course program! May vary seasonally! All lessons can be dropped from the program at any time if the required number of participants is less than 6. This is reserved for Olympica AG!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a78 PAYMENTS\/SUBSCRIPTIONS & ADMISSIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All subscriptions and admissions must be paid in advance in cash or by credit card. No letters or payment at the next entrance are permitted. Single tickets (10s\/20s) are like cash and cannot be replaced if lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a79 SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD & TERMINATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subscriptions are issued for a maximum of 1 year and cannot be canceled. The duration is written on the guest's subscription. They are not automatically extended and expire after the issue period. The guest can obtain information about the remaining time from the staff at any time and is not automatically informed by us when it expires. Once the subscription has expired, guests can decide for themselves whether they wish to take out a new one. Olympica AG does not offer a money-back guarantee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a710 INSURANCE \/ THEFT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insurance is the responsibility of each visitor. Olympica AG accepts no liability for accidents. Valuables can be handed in at the reception desk. No liability can be accepted for theft from checkrooms and common rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a711 CANCELLATION OF HOTEL ROOMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual reservations are normally considered definitive once the offer from the Olympica Hotel has been confirmed. In the event of withdrawal from the reservation, the overnight stay will be charged\/debited at 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a712 EXCLUSION OF LEGAL CLAIMS IN THE EVENT OF UNDERPERFORMANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a temporary or permanent closure of sports facilities, subscribers are not entitled to a refund, compensation or other legal claims due to the reduced service. In particular, no fees will be refunded and no replacement services will be offered. In the event of a permanent closure or a temporary closure lasting longer than 14 days, Olympica AG will inform subscribers immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a713 GENERAL PROVISIONS WELLNESS OLYMPICA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wellness facilities in the Olympica may only be entered with bathing shoes. Bath towels (2 bath towels per person) are obligatory and must be used as a seat mat in every facility. Bath towels can be rented at the reception for an additional charge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Showering is mandatory before entering the facility. The wellness facility is a recreational area in which \"peace and quiet\" is a top priority. Noise, shouting or other disturbing influences are prohibited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access to the wellness facility is prohibited for persons under the age of 18. The carrying and use of smartphones or other small electrical devices in the individual cabins is strictly prohibited. Violations will be punished with exclusion from the wellness area. Filming or photography in the wellness area is also strictly prohibited and will be punished with a report to the police in the event of non-compliance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The wellness facility can be rented or blocked for larger groups, clubs etc. at any time! As a result, we may close the wellness facility to other guests\/customers\/subscription holders once a certain number of people has been reached. (Blocking due to minors is also possible) If the wellness facility remains open for regular visits by larger groups, we would like to point out that the volume level may be somewhat higher due to the higher number of visitors. Information about closures of the wellness facilities will be communicated in the hotel or by newsletter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a714 OTHER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olympica AG reserves the right to impose time and space restrictions, in particular for cleaning, repair and renovation work for at least one week per year. In these cases, a reclaim of membership fees is excluded. (Price list subject to change at any time)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
